ZUMBA®

Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

YOGA/Pilates

A mind and body experience that teaches new breathing techniques while working on strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Suitable for
anyone interested in improving and maintaining flexibility and body shape, while relieving stress.

DPX

This party workout provides dynamic dance steps choreographed to today’s current hip hop and pop hits for any level dancer. You can take these moves right to the dance floor at any event. Not only will you feel like you’re at a club but you will scream, shout, shake, pump and work those calories right off!!

DPX Kids

Building confidence, coordination, and self-esteem through the love of hip hop & dance! Incredible routines, outrageous fun, age appropriate music and multiple performances for kids’ ages 6-14!
